Can not Find A Job?

Why do I find a job?

If you already ask yourself this question recently, trust me you're not alone.

In the search for a new job can be a difficult and frustrating task especially if you are unemployed or if you are in a job you hate and want to flee.

If you do not find a job and are increasingly frustrated with your lack of results, we consider the possible reasons for this result:

1. They are not always Interviews: If you are not always interviews, your resume and cover letter are not doing their work. Your task is to get you interviews. Either that, or you are in the wrong places. Your resume and cover letter, you must sell to the employer and show them why you are the best person for the job. Alternatively, apply for jobs that do you really get a chance? If so, Do not waste your time or the time the employer, and finally had a> Suitable position for you that you should apply.

2. But they are not always job interviews. If you look close to reach agreement in the interview process, possible problems: You come across as too aggressive or laid back in interviews? Are you asking for too much money? Is your clothing style, turning from the interviewer? Are you better on paper than you are in person? Get as much feedback as possible (for positive and negative feedback from asking)every employer interview with you, which you rejected for a job. Improvements for future surveys by fixing your mistakes.

3. Are your references hurt? This can be a difficult topic to find out, but you are sure that your references to speak as much about you as you would expect and hope? I have evidence that the candidate actually hurt! Yes, done bad references, and is costing them jobs. Consider exactly who you are as references anddetermine whether they help or hurt you. If you believe that employers do references to you, and you have no job offers, it might be something wrong in the reference check stage.
