Felons Do not Need Jobs
With a label can be as good in some cases and in other poorly perceived. If you are a criminal, I bet you will agree it is a label that is perceived as bad. I'm here to tell you, it's not quite true. I'm not suggesting that each and every crime should go commit. What I am telling you is, if you are a criminal, it is not enough to keep you a productive citizen. ) In fact, in some cases (like mine, it can even be an advantage.
How can it be an advantage? In my case, was my decision to not allow the name to "conduct criminal" to my course in life. Too often we are told that a person is employable with a record to accept the menial jobs. Their past prohibits them from achieving the success of the people who have not made the same mistake. Often, these settings will prevent people in this situation of breaking the stereotype of the criminal. The opportunity to realize their potential, by ignoring this setting is the key to turning your past into an advantage. I have aDecision to use my past to help others and came to help organizations in my community. These organizations were happy to have someone who understood the people who tried to help, and welcomed me with open arms. I have many lasting and strong relationships to serve in that capacity.
People love underdog stories. If you change your life people want a part of your story. While this comes in my life over again. I have repeatedly praised me for life around. Ialways telling the truth about my past and never hide it from friends or colleagues. I have to prove again that people can be rehabilitated and change their lives. Most people are surprised to find that my past has really happened, and falling all over themselves to congratulate me. The same people giving me advice and recommendations every time I ask.
These references are the key to reducing your past and open doors for your future. I used them to succeed in a career I would never beI have followed had believed what I was told. Not satisfied with less because they made mistakes in the past. Use it to make a lasting impression on the world. Felons do not have jobs, they need to realize The American Dream like everyone else.
